Training Seminars
Welcome to the ReCreate summary of training workshops. All the events are run on client demand and we have a successful track
record of designing and delivering many workshops specifically for particular client needs. As well as running group workshops
we deliver much of the core material on a one on one basis through a personal coaching service.
The following provides a brief outline of some of the events we run on a regular basis.
The ReCreate programme consists of three parts as follows:
Health and Personal Skills series
We are a company that specialises in the training of life skills, helping people achieve excellence in their physical and
mental health in every area of life. The benefits of our training include improved health, better performance and greater
motivation, as well as practical strategies for managing stress. We believe that with the right knowledge and motivation,

Performance Skills series
The performance skills series is a range of events for those who require to develop their ability to manage others and to
improve the performance of people and business processes. This series includes:
