Welcome to the ReCreate summary of training workshops. All the events are run on client demand and we have a successful
track record of designing and delivering many workshops specifically for particular client needs. As well as running group
workshops we deliver much of the core material on a one on one basis through a personal coaching service.
The following
provides a brief outline of some of the events we run on a regular basis.
The ReCreate programme consists of three
parts as follows:
Health and Personal Skills series
We are a company that specialises in the training of life skills, helping people
